Refund policy

1. On-the-Spot Returns

Avenia offers a "no-questions-asked" return policy at the moment of delivery.

  • The Process: Customers can inspect the jewelry while the delivery person is present.

  • The Condition: If they are unhappy with the purchase for any reason, they can hand it back to the delivery person immediately.

  • Requirement: The product must be in its original, untampered packaging and condition.

2. Manufacturing Defects & Material Issues

For issues that aren't immediately visible upon delivery, there is a specific window for claims:

  • Reporting Window: Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to report any manufacturing defects or material issues.

  • The Resolution: Once a valid defect is reported within this timeframe, Avenia will arrange for either a repair or an exchange.

  • Exclusions: This policy specifically covers issues arising under "normal use." It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or improper care (e.g., exposure to harsh chemicals or perfumes).
